Application season pass
If you are only in the thick of it for one round of applications, the season pass gives you four months of Pro for $39, which works out below the monthly rate. It is a single payment, it does not renew, and it simply expires when the four months are up. Buy it from your profile once you have an account.
What Pro includes each month
15 field searches and 20 researcher profiles, reset monthly. Everything else — the tracker, watchlists, notes, the programme directory — is unmetered on both plans. These two are capped because each one runs a literature pipeline that costs real money; the numbers are set well above what a normal application season looks like. If you reach one, the app tells you which and when it resets. Nothing is hidden and nothing is charged without you choosing it.
Billing
Payments are handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record and take care of VAT and sales tax. Card details never reach us. You can change your payment method, download invoices or cancel at any time from your profile. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
